Liberal Democrat Liz Leffman caused one of the biggest shocks of the Oxfordshire County Council Elections on May 4th by winning the seat of Charlbury and Wychwood. Liz won 52% of the vote and, in so doing, unseated the Conservative deputy leader of the county council, Rodney Rose.
